Magic Strawberry 5kg

77% strawberry for fruit-textured strawberry milk drinks. Compare frozen and refrigerated formats, then choose the amount that fits your cafe.

Strawberry milk drinks with real fruit texture

Magic Strawberry contains 77% strawberry. Consider it when you want a fruit-textured strawberry latte or Korean-style strawberry milk drink and can manage chilled or frozen ingredients. It can also be used for strawberry ade and yogurt drinks.

For a small cafe testing demand, the frozen 1kg option lets you try your own milk, cup and serving recipe before ordering the frozen 5kg bundle: 1kg × 5 packs. A refrigerated 5kg product is also listed; it is a different product, not another name for the frozen bundle.

This is the brand's own product guide. Choose by texture, storage space and the quantity you will use.

A starting recipe for strawberry latte

Our published Korean recipe uses 120g Magic Strawberry + 180g milk for a 16oz cup, or 100g + 150g milk for a 14oz cup. Follow the recipe for ice and assembly, then adjust to your cafe's milk and taste.

At 120g per drink, 1kg provides about 8.3 recipe portions and 5kg about 41.7. At 100g, the figures are 10 and 50. These are calculated ingredient yields before residue, waste or leftover portions, not a measured guarantee.

Base cost per drink = actual purchase price × grams used per drink ÷ grams purchased. Add milk, ice, cup and waste to estimate total cost. Use the cafe cost calculator (Korean).

What buyers say about the fruit texture

“Storage needs care, but I can feel the strawberry pieces and it tastes good.”

English translation of a frozen 1kg buyer review dated 24 February 2026. Read the original Korean excerpt and other texture reviews. This is one buyer's experience, not an independent product test.

Storage and fit for your cafe

Choose the frozen or refrigerated product deliberately. Follow the selected product's label and seller guidance for temperature and use after opening or thawing. Frozen formats require freezer space and a thawing workflow.

If your drink needs a completely smooth texture or you cannot manage cold storage, evaluate that requirement before choosing this fruit base.
